The Art Museum of Querétaro is part of Querétano Institute of Culture and the Arts. Founded on 22 September 1988 in the Old Cloister of St. Augustine, the museum has become one of the most important cultural spaces Querétaro. It has 15 exhibition halls on both floors of the building. The Art Museum of Querétaro hosts numerous concerts, lectures, book launches, plays, plus special events and offers a variety of educational programs to the public.
